DR. PARTAP GREWAL
DR. SHAWN GOSNELL
Dr. Grewal earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Dentistry, San Antonio, where he was awarded the Certificate for Clinical Excellence. He is fortunate to have learned about Cosmetic dentistry, minor surgical procedures and most importantly high standards of dental care for adult and pediatric patients from great mentors at San Antonio.
Prior to that, Dr. Grewal earned his 5-year Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Degree from Rajiv Gandhi University, in India followed by a 3-year Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics- specializing in crowns, bridges, veneers, partial dentures, implants, implant supported dentures. He is also trained in Smile Designing and Invisalign. Dr. Grewal also feels blessed to serve the underprivileged population in remote areas of India and sheltered people at Haven For Hope in Bexar County, Texas for their dental health care.
Dr. Grewal performs high-quality dentistry with special consideration to his patient’s needs and comforts and offers relaxed dentistry with sedation and anxiolysis. Dr. Grewal’s passion for excellence has been the driving force behind his commitment to attend various continuing education courses to refine his skills and update his knowledge. Dr. Grewal is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
During his free time, Dr. Grewal loves spending time with his wife, Kanu, who followed her passion and love for kids and specialized in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Kanu is working as Pediatric dentist in Lower Mainland. They love cooking together and enjoy outdoor activities cherishing the natural beauty BC has to offer.
After graduating from the University of Toronto Doctor of Dental Surgery program, Dr. Gosnell spent a year as Pediatric Dental Resident at Toronto Hospital for Sick Children. The next half year was spent contracted to Health and Welfare Canada delivering dentistry to remote and underserved First Nations communities in Northwestern Ontario. From there, he was enticed to join a busy dental practice in Banff Alberta. The lure of small-town life took root as he moved to Banff, met his life partner and skiing buddy, Sharon. They raised 3 beautiful children in Banff and after 27 years of enjoying a prosperous and exciting dental practice and all the mountains have to offer, decided to move to Squamish to add the element of water to their lives. Sharon and Shawn opened Tantalus dental in 2006 and have never looked back. Dr. Gosnell is thrilled to be working in a small state of the art practice and welcome all the new technologies that make his task easier and patients more at ease. Their 3 children all moved to BC and oldest son and daughter live and work in Squamish. They are blessed with 2 amazing grandchildren who live a short bike ride away.
If Dr. Gosnell is not at the office, he's out windsurfing, cycling, skiing, running races for the Squamish yacht club or spending time with his grandkids.

SHARON GOSNELL
Sharon manages both the big picture and day to day aspects of the practice. She brings enthusiasm and guidance as well as an empathetic kindness in all that she does. She loves Squamish and all that its outdoor lifestyle offers. You'll find her skate skiing and backcountry touring in the winter months - biking, gardening and hiking in the warmer months. She is an emphatic chef and loves entertaining friends and her gorgeous family including two exceptional grandchildren. Sharon pays keen attention to what's going on around her, so don't forget to floss your teeth, because she will know.

DARLENE
Darlene brings a friendly, positive, enthusiastic vibe to the office. With more than 35 years in the dental field, she continues to enjoy working with the Tantalus team and all the wonderful patients. She enjoys hiking, camping, biking and all the outdoor adventure Squamish has to offer. Most recently dabbling in the creative arts.
ANITA
Anita brings warmth and humour
to our practice. She will be the first to greet you with a smile. She values travelling, independence, and cherishes being part of Squamish’s community.
She enjoys hiking, biking and making new connections in the sea to sky corridor.

LEANNE
Leanne’s warm and caring personality coupled with her years of oral health knowledge ensure you will have a pleasant experience in our office. Leanne was born and raised in Squamish. She enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. Her wit and humour will have you laughing in no time. Leanne loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
WENDY
Wendy’s calm and quiet way brings a great dimension to the team. She readily identifies with many locals as she enjoys bike riding, trail running and skiing.
AMANDA
Amanda makes it her personal goal to always provide patients with a friendly and caring experience. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys going for hikes, fishing and travelling the world.

JENNA
Jenna brings a friendly and caring manner to the dental team. Her love of travel brought her from Scotland to Squamish, where she is enjoying being part of the community and getting involved in the Squamish outdoor recreation.
SHAYNA
Shayna brings 5 years’ experience to the dental team. Originally from Ontario where she began her CDA training, then traveled and worked in Australia and presently in BC. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and skiing.
